Office of the Controller of Examinations
The Office of the Controller of Examinations is responsible for the planning, coordination, conduct, and administration of examinations at Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology, Dera Ghazi Khan. The Office ensures that examination processes are conducted fairly, transparently, efficiently, and in accordance with approved academic rules, regulations, policies, and quality standards of the University.
The Office also maintains the confidentiality and integrity of examination records, coordinates evaluation and result preparation, facilitates students in examination-related matters, and works closely with academic departments and relevant administrative offices to ensure timely and reliable examination services.

Conducting Examinations
Planning, organizing, and conducting university examinations in a fair, transparent, secure, and efficient manner.
Evaluation & Results
Coordinating evaluation processes and ensuring accurate, transparent, and timely compilation and declaration of examination results.
Maintaining Academic Standards
Upholding academic integrity and maintaining high standards of assessment in accordance with university rules and examination regulations.
Examination Record Management
Maintaining examination records, result documents, and related academic information with confidentiality, security, accuracy, and proper record-keeping procedures.
Student Examination Support
Facilitating students by providing clear examination guidelines, schedules, procedures, and efficient services for examination-related matters.
Examination Coordination
Coordinating with academic departments, faculty members, examination staff, and other relevant offices for the smooth and timely completion of examination activities.
